What you're actually looking at
Most calls to this line start with something a homeowner or a business owner noticed on the way to the car: green-black streaking climbing the north side of the roof, a driveway with tire marks and rust bleed that won't scrub out, stucco or vinyl siding gone grey with algae, or a parking lot of pavers with weeds pushing through the joints. Somebody else parked their fleet vehicles in front of the office again and the wheels and glass are filthy for the third client visit this month.
That's the range this page covers. We merged five separate service listings, pressure washing, concrete and paver cleaning, soft wash house cleaning, soft wash roof cleaning, and vehicle fleet cleaning, into one crew because in practice they're one visit. A homeowner booking a driveway clean almost always has siding that needs the same trip, and a Dayton business booking fleet cleaning usually has a lot or a loading dock that could use the same afternoon.

Soft wash or pressure wash, decided by the surface
The two methods aren't interchangeable, and picking wrong is how a house gets damaged. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution, and it's what we use on anything delicate: vinyl siding, stucco, painted trim, and roof shingles carrying algae or moss. High pressure on a roof or on painted siding can crack shingles, strip paint, or force water up under trim where it has no business going.
Pressure washing is the opposite tool for the opposite job. Concrete, pavers, and driveways can take the force, and that's where the high-pressure equipment comes out, stripping oil stains, tire rubber, and years of ground-in dirt off a surface that isn't going to flinch. Vehicle fleet cleaning splits the difference: exterior wash and detail, an interior deep clean, wheels and tires, and windows and mirrors, matched to what the panel and the trim in front of us can actually handle. Every job on this page starts with us deciding which method the surface calls for before a hose ever gets picked up.

Why it's worth calling before it gets worse
Algae and moss on a roof don't stay put. Left alone, they hold moisture against the shingle and shorten its life, and by the time it's visible from the street it's already been growing for a season or two. Stucco and siding work the same way: what starts as a grey haze becomes a stain that takes real chemical treatment to lift once it's set in for a year.
If you're not sure whether it's due, look at the north or shaded side of the roof and the base of any exterior wall that doesn't get direct sun. That's usually where regrowth shows first.
