Contract work
Commercial Cleaning and Janitorial Services
Offices, retail floors, restrooms, carpets and post construction sites across the Greater Dayton area, cleaned on a schedule built around your own hours, not ours.
Chapter 01
What a business actually notices first
It is rarely the whole building. It is one restroom that smells off by Thursday afternoon, a break room carpet that never quite lifts back to its original color, or a lobby floor that looks fine until the afternoon sun hits it and shows every scuff. A contract cleaner who rotates staff every few weeks misses these because nobody on the crew has seen the space enough times to know what normal looks like.
Retail floors carry a second problem: the cleaning has to happen without customers noticing it happened, which usually means before open or after close. Event spaces and post construction sites carry the opposite one, a hard deadline where the space has to be usable by a specific hour the next morning, dust, tape residue, and debris included.

A zone sheet built around your hours
We schedule around your building, including after hours for offices and retail that cannot have a crew working the floor during trading hours. Restrooms, breakrooms, and high touch surfaces get sanitized on every visit. Hard floors go on a strip and wax cycle that matches the traffic they actually take, and carpets get a real extraction clean, not just a vacuum pass.
Windows, both interior and exterior glass, are worked into the same recurring contract rather than billed as a separate call, and event cleaning or a post construction turnaround is scheduled to the deadline you give us, not to whatever slot happens to be free. Contracts are flexible, weekly, nightly, or seasonal, and a Dayton office at (937) 400-1387 answers the phone when the schedule needs to change.
Chapter 03
What a missed cycle costs you
A floor that misses its strip and wax cycle does not fail all at once. It dulls, then it scuffs permanently, and by the time it looks bad enough to complain about, the cheaper fix is already gone and it needs a full strip rather than a maintenance coat. The same pattern holds for carpet and for restrooms: the sign it is due again is usually a smell, a visible stain, or a staff complaint, and all three arrive after the point where a routine clean would have caught it.
For retail and event spaces, the cost is more direct. Customers and guests judge a space in the first few seconds, and a lobby or venue that looks tired reads as neglected even when the business behind it is not. Post construction cleaning is the same problem on a deadline: a site that is not genuinely clean by opening day either delays the opening or opens looking unfinished.
