Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution, so it suits delicate surfaces like vinyl siding, stucco, painted trim and roof shingles. Pressure washing uses high pressure and is for tough surfaces like concrete, pavers and driveways. Picking the wrong one is how siding gets damaged, so we decide by surface, not by preference.
Not always. Exterior work such as pressure washing, outdoor window cleaning and junk removal only needs safe access to the property. For interior or specialised work we follow whatever you are comfortable with, whether that is being there the whole time or handing us a key.

Yes, and most people do. Window cleaning, pressure washing, a deep clean and a junk run regularly go into one custom package, which is usually cheaper and quicker than booking them separately.
Yes. We run recurring janitorial contracts, seasonal window cleaning, routine maintenance and add-on junk removal. Schedules are built around your hours, including after-hours cleaning for commercial sites.
As much as possible is donated or recycled rather than landfilled. Furniture and household goods in usable condition go to donation centres locally, and we separate recyclable material from what genuinely has to be disposed of.
